HERfrica Business Mentoring is a 4-month Pan-African initiative by The She-EO that empowers women solopreneurs in agriculture, food systems, healthcare, and alternative energy. Through strategic mentorship, community, and access to market knowledge, we help African women grow thriving, sustainable businesses.

  1. Cultivate — Business & leadership mentoring from experienced professionals.

  2. Connect — Peer circles, international networks, and sector-specific support.

  3. Capitalize — Access to pitch prep, funding exposure, and growth strategy.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must: Be female, be solo business owners, have a registered business, and provide proof of ownership; be currently living in Nigeria and have been in business for at least one year
