October 26–30, 2026 - “Redefining the Work Week.” 

Theme: Out of Office. Into Purpose. 

Most people spend the last week of October buried in emails and meetings. We are reclaiming it as a week of rest, sisterhood, purpose, and Africa. The She-EO retreat wraps up She-EO Africa 2026.

Monday, October 26 - Arrive & Exhale

• Opening reflections

6:30 PM - Welcome Dinner. Dress Code: African Queen 

Tuesday, October 27 - Purpose in Action (Service Day) 

Give Back. Grow Forward. 

• Breakfast 

• Morning & Afternoon: Community Service Project & Visits (Details TBA) 

• Lunch in the community 

• Evening: Reflection Circle: “What the Motherland gave back to me today.” 

Wednesday, October 28 - Roots, Rhythm & Reset 

Sand, Sisterhood & Soft Life 

Beach Day + Content Day 

• Late breakfast 

• Photoshoot 

• Explore the SeneGambia strip 

• Nap under a cabana 

• Optional: water sports/activities, massage (additional cost) 

• Dinner with the Sis-Stars
