Kikelomo is the founder of Steer for Change and creator of Kayplan, a locally produced cereal combating infant malnutrition. Through medical outreaches, nutrition interventions, and economic empowerment for mothers, she is building a holistic model that reduces maternal and child mortality. Kayplan now powers her foundation’s sustainability, proving that local solutions can drive scalable impact across health and nutrition in Nigeria.
Aishah is the founder of Royal Pearls Resources Ltd, a CAC-registered and FDA-approved agro-processing company producing gluten-free flours sourced directly from women smallholder farmers in Edo and Rivers States. With a deep commitment to sustainability, food security, and clean energy, she is creating women-led supply chains that feed families, reduce post-harvest loss, and foster rural economic growth. A certified trainer and solar PV installer, Aishah brings grit and innovation to Nigeria’s agricultural transformation.
Chinyere is the founder of JollyFresh Agrofoods Ltd, makers of preservative-free tomato mix using ultra-high temperature tech and aseptic packaging. Her products redefine healthy convenience while tackling food waste, low farmer incomes, and women’s underrepresentation in agro-processing. By sourcing directly from female farmers and empowering women across her value chain, Chinyere is building a business that feeds families, uplifts communities, and transforms Nigeria’s food landscape.
Dr. Folake is the founder of Iyewo Health, a woman-centered digital health platform offering healthcare access to underserved women in markets and rural communities. Through telemedicine, maternal care, and savings wallets, she is reshaping how low-income women access healthcare—on their terms. A firm believer in dignity and innovation, she’s building a movement that closes health gaps and places African women at the center of care systems.
