RISE Lagos 2026

RISE Lagos is She-EO’s flagship leadership conference, bringing together women founders, executives, professionals, investors, policymakers, and changemakers for a day of bold conversations, practical learning, meaningful networking, and collaboration to accelerate women’s leadership and economic empowerment across Africa.

RISE is more than a conference.

It is a room designed to challenge your thinking, expand your network, reconnect you with your purpose, and introduce you to women who may become your next mentor, collaborator, client, partner, or friend.

Why should you attend?

  • Come for the conversations.
Hear from women who have built, led, failed, reinvented, and risen again—and leave with lessons you can apply to your own journey.

  • Come for the room.
Meet women across industries and generations. Build relationships beyond small talk and connect with people who understand the ambitions, opportunities, and challenges of women in leadership.

  • Come for the ideas.
Gain fresh perspectives on leadership, business, career growth, influence, money, purpose, and building a meaningful legacy.

  • Come for the clarity.
Sometimes, you don't need another course or another book. You need a conversation that helps you see your next step differently.

  • Come for the possibilities.
The woman sitting beside you could become your next collaborator. The speaker on stage could become a mentor. The conversation over lunch could lead to an opportunity you weren't looking for.

  • Come for yourself.
RISE creates space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and remember the woman you are becoming—not just the responsibilities you carry.

“The She-EO event was captivating from the beginning to the end. I enjoyed the diversity of the topics presented and the interactive nature of the sessions. I learnt that there are tough situations out there and that I can rise out of any situation. Real-life issues and solutions from real women. Awesome speakers. A therapeutic event. I will attend again and again.”  - Anonymous

“She-EO came at a time I really needed it. I just quit my job in search of fulfillment, and She-EO has helped me figure out what I want to do by putting me on the right track.  I related so well with the family/parenting/marriage segment, being a first-time mum and being new in marriage, it really helped open my eyes to a whole new perspective. Overall, I enjoyed that I could learn from real-life experiences, and I was really inspired. I mean IN-SPA-YED! It was just the right and perfect time, age, moment, phase of my life to do it.”  - Anonymous

“I wanted to cry buckets during the ‘Becoming’ segment because of the raw emotions I felt from the stories I heard. It was so relatable – kudos to whoever put the questions together and the panelists for doing them justice. I felt like they were talking to me specifically. Dr Janice was awesome, and we even continued another round of intense discussions after the event. Councilwoman Suara took the room by storm. Wow! I don’t know what I was expecting, but that woman raised my confidence level by 2 notches. She was authentic and unapologetic about who she was. The “Still I Rise” session was all about my situation. I froze in my seat. Talk about somebody who has gone through trials but is rising strong. I need some of her fabulousness; there is some sort of inner strength that you cannot buy from the store. Dr Sabrina N’Diaye was just as Tfaj described – some ethereal creature whose soothing tones were enough to lure my mind away from its current struggles. I give ‘Table Talk’ an A.” - Anonymous

10:00 - 10:15: Soft Landing: Arrival into Presence

MC: Aminat Adams

10:15 - 11:10: Sis-Stars Circles

Structured table conversations in guided, intentional dialogue.

Connection without performance. Presence without pressure. At the close of this session, we gather what emerged — not to explain, but to witness, reflect, and learn together.

Each table conversation is guided by an assigned Table Host. She is not there to lecture or serve as a panelist, but to create a warm, engaging, and meaningful conversation experience for everyone at the table. Her role is to welcome guests to the table, spark discussion with thoughtful opening questions, keep the conversation flowing naturally, ensure all voices have space to be heard, capture two key insights to share back with the room, and help maintain emotional safety and respect where needed.

Through deeply personal stories, this session explores grief, resilience, faith, identity, and the hope that carries women through seasons they never imagined they would face.
