She-EO 24.0
Women evolve through seasons—each one sacred, each one powerful.
Menopause is not an ending, but a transition—a shift into wisdom, grounding, and new becoming. And yet, for too long, it has been wrapped in silence, shame, or confusion.
So too is weight and wellness—deeply personal and often misunderstood. As hormones shift and bodies change, many women struggle silently with obesity, self-image, and health challenges. But your body deserves care, not criticism.
At our Sisters Circle on May 31st, we’re holding space for open, honest conversations about menopause and obesity—the physical, emotional, and cultural layers we carry. Together, we’ll break the silence, share truths, and explore healing paths with clarity and compassion.
This is a space to learn. To unlearn. To feel seen.
Because no woman should walk this journey alone.
This is sisterhood in its truest form.
