Our Programs

By creating lifelong learning opportunities through personal growth, networking, mentoring, leadership, and business development programs for women of African descent, especially those working in (or interested in) critical sectors and communities where women are often underrepresented and marginalized, we strongly believe that the new, strong, and developed Africa (including the African diaspora) we envision can be achieved. In addition to serving our She-EOs, we produce programs, which educate a wider audience about the contributions of black women in selected industries to fearlessly inspire young black girls to pursue their passions in these and other fields.

The SHE-EO Experience

Impactful Gatherings are the cornerstone of She-EO’s mission. Through carefully curated segments, which feature experts and battle tested women (and men) on “She-EO hot seats,” we create safe platforms for sharing deeply personal experiences with authenticity and vulnerability. By providing a safe platform for women of African descent to have important conversations that matter, She-EO equips women with effective psychological tools that empower them to surmount (visible and invisible) obstacles, which inhibit their growth at work, home and in their communities.

A total of 11 highly impactful She-EO gatherings have been held in Nigeria, The United Kingdom, the United States of America, and virtually from 2017 to 2022.

She-EO segments include:

  1. Wealthy Woman: Candid conversations about money and finances.

  2. We-Men on Board: Segment features men/couples on the She-EO stage discussing "hot" gender topics.

  3. Winning Women {Becoming}: Women take us “behind the scenes” by sharing stories and struggles on their journey to “becoming” women who inspire us.

  4. Whole Woman: Candid conversations about women's physical, mental and emotional health and wellness.

  5. Working Woman: Real and brutally honest conversations with women in executive roles in corporations or public service, female business leaders.

  6. Masked Sister: Wearing actual masks to protect their identity, women share intimate details about major events that changed their lives.

  7. Model Women: We cast the spotlight on, and learn from the life experiences of inspiring female role models.

she-EO sisters circle

A capacity building program for history making change makers.

After implementing eleven (11) highly successful and impactful editions of She-EO, Impact Africa Inc. is honored to announce the launch of our sisters’ circle, a network of change makers in the Spring of 2023.

She-EO Sisters’ Circle programs will include Masterclasses where experienced instructors and industry experts will help us close “skill gaps” that can obstruct our path to showing up as game changers and change makers; Soul Food, an intimate gathering and networking opportunities for circle members residing in the same city; Soul Deep Conversations - a session for sisters to take time out for deep reflection and introspection, in a safe and supportive environment.

OMOkorede {we are the answered prayers of our ancestors}

Omokorede (Korede) in Yoruba means “the child has brought good tidings.”

Korede is “tourism” with a twist. It is a platform for reconnecting Africans to the motherland not just for tourism purposes, but also for learning opportunities and community building activities. This program aims to reconnect black women (and men) living in the diaspora and in Africa with their counterparts in African, Caribbean and Latin American countries. Unlike the colonialists, slave traders and “missionaries” past and present, Korede will build strong bridges, which will help developing nations achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by participating in meaningful and interesting tours and activities, building meaningful relationships and partnerships, and most importantly through volunteering our skills and talents to develop local community members (especially women and girls).
