A transformational pathway for HERfrica mentees. This tier supports young African women stepping into leadership and entrepreneurship.

Annual Fee: $250
Designed for women seeking growth, connection, and supportive community.

• Quarterly Sisters’ Circle Gatherings (virtual)
• Discounts on RISE, Retreats, and all She-EO programs
• Access to thematic interest circles (money, motherhood, healing, diaspora, purpose)
• A dedicated peer mentor
• Free admission to MoneyMakeHER Bootcamp
• Opportunity to mentor HERfrica mentees
Purpose: The heartbeat of She-EO — shared journeys, learning, and connection.
3️⃣ COUNCIL — Leadership & Influence Tier
For Women Shaping the Movement
Annual Fee: $500
For leaders, program shapers, and women influencing She-EO’s direction.
You Receive:
• All Sisters’ Circle benefits
• VIP Access at ONE RISE event annually
• Leadership Sessions (2 per year)
• Discounted retreat rate
• Group Coaching during Half-Year Reset (July–August)
• Opportunity to mentor Cohort and Circle members
Purpose: Equip and honor the women guiding She-EO programs, decisions, and direction.

Annual Contribution: $1,000+
This tier fuels the mission. It supports HERfrica, NUMA, and She-EO’s impact programs.

She-EO was founded in 2017 by my long-time sister-friend, Tope Fajingbesi-Balogun, to create a platform dedicated to elevating women and changemakers at every stage of their journey. The She-EO platform offers transformative experiences, coaching, and community for anyone navigating transitions in life, career, business, and purpose. I joined the She-EO community a few years ago, and it has been nothing short of transformative. I have met and travelled with incredible women who have shared deeply moving real-life stories in this safe space, all with the aim of healing, growing, and supporting each other.
